Brian Little

Brian Little is a managing director in the Consumer M&A advisory practice at Duff & Phelps in Los Angeles with over 19 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private placements.

Before joining Duff & Phelps, Brian led the Apparel practice at Imperial Capital and worked in senior positions at US Bank, Union Bank, and FocalPoint Partners.

He holds an MBA and a BS from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder with various FINRA licenses.

Brian is a renowned lecturer on Valuation and Corporate Finance and serves as an Adjunct Professor at USC. He was recognized as one of L.A.'s "Most Influential Investment Bankers" and featured in the '40 in their 40s' publication.
