Reshal Shah is a skilled and creative User Experience Designer with over eight years of experience. She specializes in Design Thinking and enjoys conducting workshops and learning interventions for academic and non-academic institutions. Her expertise is in user-centric design processes, design research, and translating analysis into workable solutions. She is also well-versed in project planning, digital project strategizing, and executing project deliveries. Reshal's academic background is in G.D. Applied Art at Sophia Polytechnic, B. Arts in English Literature at the University of Mumbai, and a Master of Design (M.Des.) from IIT Bombay.

Throughout her career, Reshal has worked in several organizations, including HERE Technologies, TinkerLabs, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Umbrella Design Mumbai, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, DDB Mudra Group, and Leo Burnett Mumbai. Her past experiences have given her the ability to handle end-to-end projects, from requirements gathering to delivering the final output.

Outside of work, Reshal has a passion for aesthetics and is an observant birder. She also enjoys traveling off the beaten path and exploring new cultures.
