Sabine Schindlbauer is an accomplished marketing and management professional with over 15 years of experience in developing strategies for brands and companies.

During her tenure at Red Bull GmbH for 10 years, Sabine played a pivotal role in shaping the global sports marketing strategy, managing athletes and events, and spearheading branding strategies.

With a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies, she has a diverse skill set that includes event management, partnership strategy, talent management, brand development, community building, marketing, budgeting, and planning.

As the former COO of MaiTai Global & ACTAI Global, she organized events worldwide and as the COO of Extreme Tech Challenge, she managed one of the world's largest startup competitions.

Sabine has been instrumental in the development of the brand WhatIF Foods and has supported various organizations like the Send It Series and the Robot Heart Foundation in curating global networking experiences and fundraising events.

Her passion for the ocean is reflected in her love for activities like freediving, surfing, kiteboarding, and wing foiling, and she is involved in supporting High Peaks in talent management, particularly world champion athletes.
