A very busy and exciting role working with the General Manager of our U.S. Flagship Store, Mercedes-Benz Manhattan. We strive to deliver a truly exceptional and effortless customer experience while leasing, purchasing and servicing luxury vehicles. I enjoy interacting with the Sales, Service, Operations  & Marketing teams throughout the day while continuously improving the way we conduct business  in the corporate dealership. In addition to being the point person of MB Manhattan in the executive office, some of my responsibilities include heavy meeting and special event planning, vehicle launch & press events, fashion shows, concerts, executive presentations, host national & international colleagues, logistics planning, and liaison to Daimler & MBUSA.

A great attitude, can-do work ethic and commitment to the brand allowed me to excel @ Mercedes-Benz.  I worked independently in the office of the GM of Engineering Services who traveled frequently throughout the U.S. and Germany. Heavy logistics, meeting planning and special projects were on the daily to do list as well as planning departmental events to help improve culture and employee moral within our group.  Working closely with the executive team of MBUSA & Daimler in Stuttgart ensured timely execution and delivery of requests.

While assisting the General Manager of the Aftersales Business Development & Marketing group I handled heavy meeting planning, budget analysis, product familiarization, co-op advertising, travel arrangements and expense reports.  I worked on the planning team of the annual National Aftersales Conference with over 1500 dealers, vendors and BMW staff.

As Executive Assistant to the VP of Global Operations of the PAS Division, I arranged frequent plant visits in the U.S. utilizing the corporate jet, created inventory reports, and expense reports.  Prior to this, I supported the VP of Solo Shot and the VP of Generic injections for the MedSurge Division.  Additionally, I worked on the project team in the Anesthesia group for the Build-a-Tray product line. My team planned trips to Africa to build hospitals and water treatment systems and I worked on communications in remote regions using SAT phones.
