James Wilks is a notable figure all around, known for excelling in various fields of expertise. He is a former Professional Fighter at Ultimate Fighting Championship, where he had a successful career. Beyond his athletic achievements, James is also an accomplished producer, having worked on The Game Changers, a documentary about the benefits of a plant-based diet. A Combatives Instructor and Head Instructor/Owner of Lightning MMA, James has applied his knowledge and skills in mixed martial arts to teach others. He is also the President of the Game Changers Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization that promotes plant-based eating through education and advocacy.

Apart from accomplishments in the field of sports, James also has academic achievements. He studied A Levels at Uppingham Independent School before going to Bournemouth University, where he pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Land-Based Enterprise, Honors degree.
