He is the Co-founder and CTO of Popsical, a Singapore-based startup that focuses on bringing the next-generation home singing entertainment system to your living room. His responsibilities include software architecture, design, and making key technology decisions to launch products quickly. With a specialization in backend systems and API platforms, Fadhli has hands-on experience in building tech products from early to growth stages for thousands to millions of users.

Before co-founding Popsical, Fadhli worked as an Engineering Manager and Software Engineer at Viki, Inc. He was the Lead Software Engineer and Co-founder at Consoci8, where he gained experience in pragmatic agile project management and led a team of developers to build world-class software products. Fadhli has also worked as an Associate Engineer at Sapura Technology Bhd, Programer at Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd, Intern Programmer at Teliti Computers Sdn Bhd, and Research Assistant at Universiti Teknologi Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia.

Fadhli's proficiency in coding includes Ruby, Redis, Postgres, Amazon Web Service (AWS), Terraform, Nginx, Linux, and Docker. He is also familiar with other technologies like Java, JSP, Spring, Hibernate, Elasticsearch, and MySql.
