Mehmet Topaloğlu is an experienced project manager with a strong background in the information services industry. He holds an MSc in Computer Networks, Operating Systems, a BS in Computer Engineering, and a PhD in Bioinformatics, all from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi. Throughout his career, he gained expertise in SOAP, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), C#, Web Applications, and Linux.

Topaloğlu co-founded SIGUN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND CONSULTING LTD and previously co-founded Sigun Bilgi Teknolojileri ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. He also worked as a senior software engineer at MyBilet and STM A.S., project technical manager at Gate Electronic Inc., and senior system administrator at Havelsan A.S. Additionally, he served as a research assistant at Middle East Technical University and worked as a freelancer.
