Program Manager & Head of TechFactory Program

- Establishing relationships and strategic partnerships with key players in the national/global ecosystem - Government  offices, multinationals, VCs, Accelerators and Incubators.- Leading  and  Managing  a  community  (3,600  community  members)  -  creating  content  and  targeted opportunities for start-ups in the field of digital health, including annual event attended by 900 people. Using variety of tools: meetups, work groups, hackathons, designated workshops & newsletters. - Planning and implementing an annual plan - building work plans subject to strategic goals, defining KPIs and monitoring targets and performance indicators.- Establishing and leading a mentorship program – recruiting senior executives as mentors and matching them with start-ups. Creating the program’s infrastructure to enable effective and valuable mentoring.Vast usage and knowledge in information management support systems - CRM (SalesForce), FormAssembly and Wix applications and website operation
