Susan Gadegone is a mental health advocate and leader with extensive experience and expertise in using her lived experience to help others. She has worked with various organizations, including Edgewood Center for Children and Families, California Youth Connection, and Young Minds Advocacy, to name a few. She is a certified Mental Health First Aid provider and has been recognized for her leadership and advocacy in the mental health field. Accomplishments include serving as the Chair of the Youth Committee at City and County of San Francisco and being a Mental Health Board Member at the same organization. Susan has also been a Peer Mentor at California Youth Connection and an Extern at National Center for Youth Law. Her passion for fighting stigma and empowering communities has enabled her to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
