Dr Michelle Braude is a qualified medical doctor and nutritionist who founded The Food Effect. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from University College London (UCL) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Nutrition from King's College London. Born in South Africa and raised in London, Michelle has combined her medical background and expertise in nutrition and cooking to provide a unique nutrition consultancy service that helps patients with medical conditions, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes, as well as specializing in optimizing overall health and well-being. With the success of her clients, Michelle's nutrition practice and online business have become a sought-after expert. She has been featured in numerous publications, including Daily Mail, Daily Telegraph, The Times, Hello!, Women's Health, the Mirror, and Marie Claire magazine.
