Olga Kushnir is a multi-talented academic and business leader based in Ukraine. She holds a PhD in Philosophy and a Master's degree in Finance, both from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, as well as a Visiting Scholar certificate in Entrepreneurship from the University of California, Berkeley. Olga's diverse educational background has prepared her for an impressive career in academia, where she served as a Lecturer and later as the First Vice-Rector and CEO at the Kiev Institute of Business and Technology (KIBiT). In these roles, she oversaw the MBA programs and the humanistic curriculum. Additionally, Olga previously worked with AIESEC as an OCM. Her areas of interest and expertise include finance, entrepreneurship, philosophy, and business education.
