Andres Romero is a renowned brand builder with over 15 years of experience in various roles across the marketing spectrum. Beginning his career at Nielsen Latin America, he established himself in providing data insights and creating successful marketing plans for a host of well-known brands in the region. Romero's marketing career culminated in leadership positions in renowned organizations such as Sears Holdings Corporation and Campbell Soup Company, where he led the successful turnaround of Sears Holdings' tools marketing team and the resurgence of the V8 brand. Romero's expertise spans across brand management, digital marketing, e-commerce, multicultural initiatives, business turnaround, strategy, and innovation. He is a 2019 Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers™ recipient from the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility. Romero holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de La Sabana and an MBA in Brand Management from Wisconsin School of Business.
