Kali Ladd is a passionate education leader with over two decades of experience in education and education policy. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Psychology from Boston College and a Master's degree in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University. Kali Ladd has worked as a Policy Consultant at Commission on Children, Families and Community, as an Education Strategies Director at Office of the Mayor, and as a Policy Analyst at Oregon Department of Education. She also served as the Board Chair at Portland Community College and was a Board Member at James F. and Marion L. Miller Foundation. Currently, Kali Ladd is the Executive Director at KairosPDX, a nonprofit organization that focuses on improving educational outcomes for historically under-served youth, particularly black children.
