Kristie Pritchard is a seasoned sourcing professional with over 14 years of experience in indirect marketing services. She has a focus on developing transformative sourcing strategies that drive business results. Her strong skills in internal influencing, external relationship management, brand-building innovation, and delivery of scale across multiple regions have contributed to her considerable success. Pritchard is well known for operating with a bias towards action, building collaborative relationships and has an energetic “can do” attitude.

Pritchard is an alumna of the Richard T. Farmer School of Business at Miami University, where she studied Organizational Leadership & International Business. Before that, she attended Mount Notre Dame and St. Columban.

She spent most of her career at Procter & Gamble, where she held several purchasing senior management positions in various fields, including Creative, Production, Digital Agency sourcing, First Moment of Truth, Entertainment, Experiential Marketing, and Digital Marketing. She demonstrated her advanced skills in competitive bidding, negotiation, commercial agreements, supplier relationship management, client relationship management, supplier analysis, and competitive analysis throughout her career.
