Jared Erondu is a Brooklyn-born writer and designer based in San Francisco. With extensive experience in design, product development, and mentoring, Jared has been an active contributor to various organizations in the tech industry. He is the Head of Design at Lattice, where he is focused on creating people-first HR software. Prior to that, he worked with other tech giants such as Google, Facebook, IBM, and Spotify through his video series, High Resolution. This video series comprises 25 interviews with design VPs from different companies, where Jared and his co-host discuss design approaches, communication and deployment strategies, and how they impact business every day. High Resolution has been consumed over 6 million times, and it is free for anyone interested in learning from top design VPs. Additionally, he developed Playbook, a knowledge-sharing community platform, where designers can ask and answer career development questions. Playbook has over six thousand designers signed up to date. Before dedicating himself to the design industry, Jared was a tech journalist, covering productivity, mobile startups, and news. He has a passion for collaboration, communication, and knowledge-sharing, which he showcases through all his projects. In his role as the Design Ambassador at Greylock Partners, Jared helps grow the design leadership community by bringing industry leaders and visionaries together for workshops, discussions, and events to foster a deeper sense of cross-company networking.
