David Lowe

David Lowe is a highly accomplished employment lawyer with over 25 years of experience in representing executives and employees in legal disputes. He has extensive knowledge of trial and negotiation procedures and has successfully handled complex compensation and equity matters, international employment issues, and various other employment cases. With his passion for protecting the rights of employees, he has represented many low wage workers who have faced discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, or denial of fair pay.

David has been recognized for his extraordinary contributions to employment law, and he has been honored as the California Lawyer "Attorney of the Year." His peers have also acknowledged his exceptional legal skills, voting him one of the "Top 100" lawyers in Northern California every year since 2013.

David obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law and studied English and Philosophy at Emory University. He is currently a managing partner at Rudy, Exelrod, Zieff & Lowe, LLP, where he represents executives and employees in the tech economy and various other fields.

Apart from his legal practice, David is also dedicated to serving the public interest and has been involved in several non-profit and legal organizations. He chaired the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights in the Bay Area and has served on the boards of various other organizations.
