Arkadiusz Hajduk is an accomplished entrepreneur, dedicated father, and aspiring triathlete. With a wealth of educational achievements, he holds postgraduate studies from Poznan University of Economics, an M.Sc. from the Technical University of Denmark, and an equal BSc from Wroclaw University of Technology.
Arkadiusz's passion for entrepreneurship is evident in his extensive work history. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Transparent Data, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a talent for building successful businesses. His expertise extends to the field of open data, where he was a member of the Open Data Working Group at the Ministerstwo Cyfryzacji.
Throughout his career, Arkadiusz has been involved in various organizations and initiatives that promote innovation and support startups. He co-founded ZapytajVC.pl, a platform for connecting startups and venture capitalists, and served as a mentor at IMPACT_Poland at FundingBox.com. As the Director of Innovation at Grupa Energa, he played a pivotal role in driving technological advancements and fostering a culture of entrepreneurship within the company.
His involvement in the startup ecosystem is extensive, with experiences ranging from being the co-founder and CEO of Huge Thing, a startup accelerator, to co-organizing events such as StartupSprint and Poznan Startup Weekend. Through these initiatives, Arkadiusz has empowered countless entrepreneurs and helped them transform their ideas into successful ventures.
Arkadiusz also brings valuable experience in venture capital and investment management. He served as an Investment Manager at SpeedUp Venture Capital Group and held positions on the supervisory boards of portfolio companies. This experience, combined with his entrepreneurial background, gives him a unique perspective on both sides of the startup investment landscape.
