He co-founded ZapytajVC.pl, a platform for connecting startups and venture capitalists, and served as a mentor at IMPACT_Poland at FundingBox.com. As the Director of Innovation at Grupa Energa, he played a pivotal role in driving technological advancements and fostering a culture of entrepreneurship within the company.

His involvement in the startup ecosystem is extensive, with experiences ranging from being the co-founder and CEO of Huge Thing, a startup accelerator, to co-organizing events such as StartupSprint and Poznan Startup Weekend.
