Michael Pope

Michael Pope is an accomplished software engineer with a vast expertise in backend, infrastructure, and site reliability. With a B.S. in Business from DeVry University and an MBA in Business Strategy from Claremont Graduate University - Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management, Pope has gained a great deal of knowledge in both business and computer science. His career spans multiple tech companies, including Senior Software Engineer at Digital Turbine, Twitter, and SharesPost.

Prior to joining the tech industry, Pope founded Captain Recruiter, which was later acquired by The Sourcery. He has also held positions at Synopsys, LivingSocial, Ninefold, and Gannett. Despite his MBA in business, Pope has a strong passion for coding and excels in backend tasks, infrastructure, and site reliability.

In his free time, Pope enjoys writing code for personal projects, particularly in JavaScript. He also enjoys staying up to date with the latest technology trends and attending tech conferences.
