Svitlana Yefimova is a seasoned IT professional with over 16 years of industry experience, including 13+ years of managerial expertise in leading international companies. Yefimova is well-versed in starting up new locations and countries, forming teams, developing software products, and setting up processes. As an expert in program and crisis management, she has successfully led her teams through several incidents such as the financial crisis of 2008, military crisis in Ukraine in 2014-2015, and most recently, developing and implementing anti-crisis measures in COVID-19 times.
