His focus is on providing high net worth individuals and UHNW Single Family offices with comprehensive income tax planning, tax compliance, multi-generational wealth transfer planning, estate tax, gift tax, philanthropy planning, private foundations, and charitable trusts. Mark is also proficient in structuring business, investment and estate tax entities, U.S. non-resident tax, tax controversy representation, state and local taxation, including domicile and residency issues.

Mark holds professional certifications, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), and Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP). Plus, he has a Master's degree in Business Taxation (MBT) from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.
