She is skilled in developing and overseeing corporate training initiatives and organizational development programs, having worked with professionals in the entertainment, non-profit, and executive sectors. Leah is the brains behind several successful ventures, including ItsOnMe, a digital gifting solution for businesses, and SecretBurger.com, a ticketing and event company for exclusive dining experiences. She also serves on the board of Beyond The Boroughs, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping underprivileged students achieve their academic potential.
