Jessica Vaverchak is an accomplished architect with a passion for complex design projects. With an AIA certification and LEED AP BD+C credentials, she has a wealth of experience designing, conceptualizing and detailing sophisticated buildings. Jessica graduated from Boston Architectural College where she honed her skills in Revit Architecture, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD & (ADT), Microstation/Bentley, Sketch up Pro, Adobe Suite & Microsoft Suite, Newforma, Rsmeans, BSD speclink -e, Procore.
Jessica’s career includes time at several notable architecture firms including Perkins Eastman, Design Partnership of Cambridge, and Richard Alvord Architects. Over the course of her career, she has amassed a vast array of skills relating to all aspects of building design, management, and construction. She has a singular passion for her profession and a commitment to identifying innovative solutions for her clients.
Jessica’s professional journey has taken her through a range of roles, including Project Architect, Job Captain, Designer/Manager, Designer, and Asst. Project Architect, among others. Her past projects include work on healthcare facilities, mixed-use developments, and academic buildings. Jessica is described by colleagues as someone who embraces the complexity of architecture with energy and enthusiasm. She is a detail-oriented, materials research and installation maven, who enjoys the challenge of translating big ideas into tangible structures.
