Jack Huang

Jack Huang is an MD/MBA candidate at the University of Pennsylvania with a focus on psychiatry and a dedication to improving the mental health system for all.

He has a strong background in healthcare delivery system innovation, digital transformation, and health policy research, aiming to create a more accessible and equitable system.

Jack is passionate about engaging with health systems and communities to enhance population health outcomes.

His educational journey includes studying at top institutions like The Wharton School for his MBA, University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine for his MD, and Harvard University where he received his A.B. magna cum laude.

Throughout his career, Jack has been involved in various organizations such as the Mental Health Innovation Team at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, as well as having experience with companies like Flare Capital Partners and McKinsey & Company.

He has conducted health policy research at prestigious institutions like the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics (Penn LDI) and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

Jack's diverse experience also includes roles as a research assistant at the University of Cambridge, a quality improvement intern at Massachusetts General Hospital, and as a martial arts instructor at Northampton Community College.

Additionally, he has a strong foundation in leadership and entrepreneurship, having founded and served as the President of Harvard HealthPALs.
