Gaynor Wilkinson is a seasoned search and talent consultant with over a decade of experience working in global corporations, mid-tiers, NGOs and family business environments. She possesses strong commercial and operational skills, empowering project teams and peers to lead and deliver senior, complex, research-driven international executive search, global talent acquisition and pipelining, strategic resourcing and due diligence assignments.

Her career began as a Researcher at Armstrong Craven, where she climbed up the ladder to become an Account Manager, specializing in the financial services, professional services, public, NFP sectors, and technology. Gaynor then became a Client Services Director and later the Practice Leader, Financial Services before leaving to become the Director at Wilbury Stratton. In 6 Group, she held the position of Associate Director and later joined Specsavers as the Global Executive Search Manager. Gaynor was also an Advisory Board Member at The Family Business Network Ltd.
