Chris Norman is a seasoned product development and operations professional with an extensive background in LEAN manufacturing, project management, and supply chain roles. With a career spanning over 25 years, Chris has developed expertise in the engineering and software development industries, working with large-scale global development teams. He is widely regarded as a visionary problem-solver, able to intuitively size up complex issues and bring immediate value to the organizations he works with.

Chris's career began with a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from Texas A&M University, which set him up for success across a range of engineering roles. He went on to obtain an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, completing his education with a high GPA. Prior to his current role, Chris has held senior positions at various organizations including Bray International, National Oilwell Varco, and Dell. He has worked as a Senior Design Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Project Manager, and Master Data Manager, among other roles.

Chris has a passion for innovation and has created and run three successful startups. He holds five patents, which attest to his unique approach to problem-solving.
