My Objectives were :
-  To make sure the Batavia Biosciences solutions are well known in Europe. then people developing  therapeutic proteins , Antibodies, Bio-Betters, Biosimilars could have access to these new solutions to support their projects from the research to the clinic and succeed.
I introduced the Batavia' solutions to customer targets in Europe.

-  To support the CEO in defining the positioning of this new branch to be sure the company will succeed.

I have desmontrated that the positioning of this new offer was not well defined and there was not Added Value.
Based on this conclusion, we made the decision to stop the prospection after 100 leads generated.
The company made the decision to refocus on the Vaccines and Viral Vectors production only
