Nikki Bale is a skilled organizational consultant and advisor. With years of experience helping teams and executive groups build trust and engage in healthy conflict, Nikki specializes in inspiring organizations and individuals to lead and live deliberately. She is a co-partner at Global Leader Group, an organization that provides practitioner consulting, executive search, leadership, and sales training, keynote speaking, and executive coaching.

Over the years, Nikki has held multiple positions, including business coach & consultant at Terra Firma Coaching & Consulting and Real Estate Developer at MOUNTAIN MODERN HOMES LLC. She has also worked as a mediator at Multnomah County Family Services and Clackamas County Family Services. Her skills and experience range from counseling, human services, organizational learning, performance & change, CO-active coach training, to Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Certified Facilitator.

Nikki completed her Master's degree in Organizational Learning, Performance & Change at Colorado State University. Additionally, she has completed Principle Broker Ed., Broker Administration and Sales Supervision at ProSchools and a B.A. in Counseling & Human Services, Counseling & Human Services at Moody Bible Institute.
