Viktoriya Krut is a talented Senior IT Recruitment Consultant who has an extensive background in the world of hiring quality IT talent. Graduating from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics, Viktoriya went on to hold several prominent roles in recruitment and project management before ultimately landing as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at Alcor. In her current role, she is tasked with finding top talent for various positions in the tech industry, ranging from Senior Frontend Developers to Magento Backend and Frontend Developers.

Viktoriya's previous roles have been at WORLD STAFF ® Recruiting Company and Ukraine Today, where she served as a Senior Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, Project Manager, and Personnel Manager. She is highly experienced in all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. With her excellent communication skills, Viktoriya is very adept at building and maintaining positive relationships with both clients and candidates.
