Karen Montjoy is a technology innovation specialist and entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in business modeling, value scaling, and fundraising negotiations. She is the CEO and founder of Salvy Natural, a biotech organic cleanser for the baby market, and speaks English, French, and Spanish. Montjoy holds a master's degree in Commercialization of Technology from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master's degree in Marketing Intelligence from ESIC in Spain, and an MBA graduate degree in business school from Universidad ESAN in Peru. Additionally, she has studied marketing, commercialization of innovation and technology, commerce, and international trade in several institutions across the world, including École de Commerce de Nancy, Université Paris-Sorbonne, and The University of Akron, among others. Montjoy also served as a former general coordinator at Innova ESAN incubator, and as a former manager in various companies such as INMED PERU SAC and AT&T, where she worked as an online marketing analyst.
