With a career spanning over five years, Pavel has evolved his skills to excel in customer service, internal team management, and relationship building within the design industry.

Pavel has worked on various projects in the medical sector as a user interface designer and has experience in designing B2C products, both as an individual designer and as a team member.

Currently serving as the design team manager, Pavel offers consultancy services to clients on B2B product strategies and visual language matters.

He actively participates in projects during the discovery stage, aiding in the translation of business goals into functional requirements, drafting user stories, creating product structures, and defining visual languages.

During design sprints, Pavel contributes as a part-time team member, overseeing UI design, sprint planning, task assignment, and providing support throughout the production phase.

Prior to his role at Merge Development, Pavel held positions as a UI/UX designer at 360 Bound INC and as a Web and UI/UX Designer in a freelance capacity.
