Senior UX Designer

2020 Voting Guide(選前大補帖) is a non-profit open-sourced project in the G0V community.
The goal was to help citizens make informed decisions in the 2020 legislator election.
Instead of reading the election paper when rushed to their parent's homes, the young generation is able to read the information on phones. It gathers not just the content provided by candidates themselves, but historical data from Legislation Yuan and Control Yuan.

There are 2 touchpoints of this project. One is the website and the other is the fan page.
For the website,
- I designed it as a mobile-first responsive website to fit the current website use trend. And it proves that 73% of our users visited the website with mobile devices.
- I was the main designer coordinated with 2 other designers and trained an entry-level UX designer.
- There were around 300K users and 4M page views in total. Most of the traffic happened on 10th Jan, which was the day before election day. There were 91K users browsing legislator candidate information in real-time.

For the fan page,
- I worked closely with copywriters on post content. We have got 351K organic reach in total.
- All of our posts are non-paid. We got most of our website visitors from post-sharing.
