Ismaile's career began as a Business Development Manager at Mobalpa, following which he worked as an Associate at L.E.K. Consulting, where he worked on buy- and sell-side commercial due diligence. He then moved to GRAPH Strategy, where he quickly progressed to the position of Independent Strategy Consultant working on their healthcare and retail practices.
