Carlton Washburn, PhD, is a versatile and motivated professional with a diverse background in technology and business. He has an exceptional ability to identify opportunities of fusing technology with people and effectively integrating them into complex organizational structures. His areas of expertise include partnerships, minority equity investing, program and project management, and strategic planning.

Dr. Washburn holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Illinois College. He has worked with several organizations, including Boeing Global Services, Brewer Science, and Hydro-Gear, in various engineering and management positions.

Notably, Dr. Washburn served as Program Manager for Boeing Additive Manufacturing, where he led an innovative team that produced a next-generation manufacturing platform. He was also the Chief of Staff for the Office of the Chief Technologist and the Strategy Lead for Boeing's Office of the Chief Technologist.

Dr. Washburn is a former lecturer and GTA at Missouri University of Science and Technology, where he taught courses in engineering management. He also worked as the Director of Business Intelligence and Research and Development at Brewer Science, where he oversaw the company's technical operations.
