Heather Chadwell is an eCommerce Marketing Manager at Marine Layer with a solid background in retail and consumer sciences. She studied at The University of Arizona where she honed her skills and stood out as Vice President of Communications for the Sigma Kappa Sorority.

Chadwell's career in retail started at Nordstrom, where she worked as a sales associate and intern before becoming an Assistant Department Manager. Later, she found her niche in merchandising at Restoration Hardware, working her way up from Planning Coordinator to Associate Merchandise Leader. With her expertise in retail, she has been able to partner with different brands, seeing them through from ideation to execution, and driving revenue growth.

Now, as an eCommerce Marketing Manager, she is responsible for developing and executing strategies and plans to expand Marine Layer's online presence, optimize online sales, and research new trends and customer needs to ensure that the company is always at the forefront.
