Representative work:- Saw company from pre-Series A up to $140M revenues, ~750 employees before a sale to strategic acquirer in August 2016- Closed $93M Series A, $40M Series B and $90M term loan that funded growth plan achieving 25% year-over-year increases in sales- Partnered with BoD, management and operating teams to ensure not only a responsible deployment of capital / investments but also a sustainable book of recurring revenues was built- Established FP&A infrastructure comprising people, processes and templates- Established foreign currency hedging program for international operations- IPO readiness, financial sponsor relationships, commercial banking relationships, sale of company
