Ulrika Werdelin is a seasoned C-suite executive and leadership coach with over 25 years of experience in investment organizations. She has worked with some of the biggest names, including Goldman Sachs, Apollo, and Accel, and leverages her expertise to help organizations and their leaders improve leadership, organizational efficiency, and talent assessment. Werdelin is a Meyler Campbell trained leadership coach and Hogan and MBTI accredited assessor. Additionally, she has a Mastered Business Coaching Program degree from Meyler Campbell and an MSc in Finance and Managerial Economics from Stockholm School of Economics.

She is the founder and director of Lind Leadership, a company that helps organizations and their leaders enhance their performance. Werdelin has also served as an advisory board member of the Master of Finance Program at Stockholm School of Economics and as a non-executive director at AB Sagax and Altor Equity Partners. Previously, she was the Group COO of European Private Equity and Mezzanine Investing Businesses (PIA) at Goldman Sachs and a consultant at Werdelin Advisory, among other roles.
