Adam Tibbs

Adam Tibbs is an accomplished entrepreneur with an outstanding 18-year record of transforming technological breakthroughs into prosperous companies and household names. He co-founded and served as CEO of Parasail, a healthcare fintech startup that simplifies healthcare billing and payment, and Terrestrial Light, which developed nearcasting technology. Tibbs is also the Chief Executive Officer of Upswing Health, a telemedicine platform for musculoskeletal conditions. Beforehand, he was the President of the award-winning clean tech company Project Frog, which designs green, component-based buildings for commercial use. As the president, he helped establish the company from the ground up, raising $35M in funding. Furthermore, Tibbs ran a hands-on business incubator, where he raised funds and acquired executive roles in various firms, including Daily Candy, Privista, eFarm, FOB Connect, and Soundlinks, among others. He studied English Literature at Columbia University and is an avid triathlete who resides in Mill Valley with his wife and five kids.
