Rafaela Silva
Rafaela Silva is a biotechnology engineer with a passion for entrepreneurship and technology. She was a fellow of the ISMART from 2004 to 2015, and went on to study Food Bioscience at Glasgow Caledonian University in 2013. Silva has experience working with startups and large corporations, helping them develop and build relationships with one another. Through her work in product and business development, she has acquired valuable skills that have allowed her to make a significant impact as a volunteer, giving talks on leadership, business development, and technology to nearly 100,000 people.
Silva has held several positions throughout her career, including Business Developer at Startup Farm, Startup Relations at Cubo Itaú, and Technical Food Developer at Moinho Nacional. She has also been the sole proprietor of Cozinhaê, an entrepreneurial venture that showcased her abilities as an entrepreneur, and is currently working as a startup consultant.
