Taylor Thompson-Poulton is a driven marketing professional and MBA student with a diverse educational and work background. At the University of Dayton, she is pursuing an MBA in Business Administration with a marketing concentration. Taylor's experience includes a stint as a Training Coordinator for Identity Fusion, where she managed instructor scheduling, quality control, and instructor certification processes. Before switching to the marketing industry, Taylor worked as a Technical Recruiter for Teksystems, where she was responsible for aligning top IT professionals in the Dayton/Cincinnati, OH, and Tampa Bay job markets.

Taylor is passionate about learning, traveling, running her blog, That's So Celiac, volunteering, and exploring the outdoors with her rescue dog, Jax. She has completed a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Ohio University, where she also pursued minors in Sociology and Business Administration.
