Vikas Chawda is an innovation expert, business consultant, entrepreneur, and educator with 29 years of experience in Sales & Marketing. Chawda has an impressive educational background, having studied B.Tech. in Mechanical and Operations Research at the National Institute of Technology, Surat, and an MBA in Marketing with distinction. He is the founder and CEO of Quantum Leap, a training and consulting firm. Chawda is known for his expertise in fostering innovation, leadership, strategy, customer care, and sales & marketing. He has been a keynote speaker at national and international forums, including prestigious events such as the Kellogg Innovation Network Global Conference in the USA. Chawda is also a lead speaker at TiE, the world's largest entrepreneurship organization and the University of Texas. He has trained 19,000 professionals in over 450 workshops at various companies such as ABB, L&T, EIL, and Linde. He has been a special invitee at the National Innovation Council, New Delhi and represents team India globally in innovation exhibitions, such as at Chita, Russia. Chawda has been a Jury for the Business Excellence Awards at E&Y, FOKIA, FGI, and SWITCH Global Expo. He is a founding member and secretary of Vadodara Innovation Council (VIC) and is on the 'Advisory Board' for three universities on entrepreneurship and innovation.
