Declan McCusker is an experienced accountant and tax advisor with a strong background in working with over 250 clients, including owner-managed businesses, self-employed individuals, partnerships, companies, and groups of companies.

He offers comprehensive advice to businesses and business owners throughout the entire business cycle, from starting up to eventual sale and exit strategies, covering all aspects of compliance and planning in accounting and tax.

Specializing in remuneration planning, capital gains tax, and tax mitigation, Declan is also the audit compliance principal at Perrys, where he is dedicated to providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of business owners.

Having obtained his education from Bishop Ward Comprehensive School, Emile Woolf College of Accountancy, Barking College, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Declan McCusker has a solid foundation in accountancy and finance.

His professional journey includes serving as a Partner at Perrys, previously holding the position of Senior Manager at MacIntyre Hudson, and starting his career as a Trainee Accountant at Saunter Chappell.
