She has served as the CEO of Mercy Health System of Southeastern Pennsylvania, President & CEO of The Christ Hospital, CEO of Jeanes Hospital at Temple University Health System - Jeanes Hospital, and as a consultant at Strategic Medical Associates.

Currently, Croushore serves as an Advisory Board Director at knowRx® - Personalized Medication Management and is a board member of KnowRx and MedMo. She is also an advisor to The Christ Hospital Health Network.
