Lien De Raedemaeker is a Senior Consultant in People & Organisation at PwC Belgium, with years of experience in HR transformations, organisational development, culture, and change. De Raedemaeker has studied Applied Economics and Business Administration at the University of Antwerp and has completed a Summer School program at Yerevan State University in Armenia. With a passion for accelerating change and innovation, De Raedemaeker has launched a Scale Programme for startups in HR to create a bridge between the start-up ecosystem and the corporate world. Prior to this, De Raedemaeker has worked as an HR Scale Programme Manager at PwC, a Senior Consultant People & Organisation at PwC Switzerland, a Consultant People & Organisation at PwC Belgium, and a Change Management Consultant at CSC.
