Kirsty Wilson is an experienced Team Leader and Project Director with a background in rural development, agriculture, and climate resilience.

She has dedicated her career to working with public and private investment for inclusive and sustainable growth.

Kirsty is passionate about innovative methods for assessing the impact of development interventions and using evidence to improve decision-making.

She holds a BA in Social Anthropology from Cambridge University and an MSc in Environmental Change and Management with Distinction from the University of Oxford.

Currently on maternity leave until July 2021, Kirsty has held key roles such as Managing Consultant and Principal Consultant at LTS International, which is now part of the NIRAS Group.

Prior to that, she has worked in various positions including Consultant at Oxfam, Policy and Communications Manager at Oxfam, Africa Climate Change Resilience Alliance - Ethiopia Project Manager at Oxfam, Programme Manager at Deaf Child Worldwide, and Programme Support at FARM Africa.
