Elka Whalan, also known as Elka Graham, is a media personality, motivational speaker, former Olympic swimmer, and founder of QueenHood. She has gained popularity due to her vibrant personality and optimistic attitude. Elka represented Australia twice in the Olympic Games as a swimmer, winning multiple medals in freestyle events that earned her a world #1 ranking.

After retiring from swimming, Elka ventured into the media industry and worked as a regular host on Channel 7 Sunrise, where she discussed news and lifestyle topics. Additionally, she hosted the highly successful Live Well series also on Channel 7. Elka founded QueenHood three years ago, a Dream Team of Women with regular events and online website inspiring, encouraging, and sharing women's qualities from motherhood to work, career, health, and style.
