Currently serving as a Member of Board for CRISIL US, Neeraj has been instrumental in establishing global Risk Management capabilities and practices, executing large regulatory programs, and representing clients during FED examinations for CCAR/DFAST submissions.

Neeraj Nagpal excels in collaborating across business functions to design metrics-driven approaches for assessing risk culture, governance, controls, aggregation, and reporting, showcasing expertise in regulatory programs such as CCAR, DFAST, ISDA, PRA/EBA stress testing, and applying IOSCO & COSO frameworks.

A frequent speaker at prestigious global risk conferences like RISK USA, GARP Risk Annual Summit, and GFMI Model Risk, Neeraj's core success lies in building high-performance teams for Risk and Quant businesses.

Neeraj holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Delhi University.
