Damian Png, an early-stage startup strategist and operator, is a force to be reckoned with in the field of HealthTech. Boasting a degree in Civil Engineering from Monash University, Damian worked as a civil design engineer with Brookfield Multiplex, a management consultant with BCG, and a lieutenant trainee in the Australian Army. His passions lie in relationship building, strategizing, and execution, which he skillfully applied in various roles such as Founding Head of Commercial at Hearables 3D, Head of Growth at vexev, Head Of Commercial at Bardee, and Program Lead at Techstars. Damian has also mentored at Techstars and continuously strives for personal growth. His interests do not solely revolve around work, as he also enjoys surfing, rock climbing, yoga, and spending time with friends and family.
