Ashok Dandekar, a fellow of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and QuEST Forum, is a telecom industry expert with a diverse range of experience in quality management, reliability, and performance standards. With a B.Tech from IIT Kanpur and an M.S. from Virginia Tech, Dandekar has been instrumental in promoting and implementing telecom industry standards that improve quality and efficiency. Notably, Dandekar co-authored a book on TL 9000, a telecom quality management standard widely adopted in the industry.

Dandekar's telecom industry experience covers roles at AT&T Bell Labs, Fujitsu Network Communications, and Fujitsu Laboratories of America, where he has served in various leadership positions, including Quality Director and Engineering Quality Director. He is also a charter member of the QuEST Forum Leadership Council and has been a representative of the QuEST Forum on the TC-176 Committee of ISO-9000, which oversees the standardization of the ISO 9000 series.

Currently a President at IBE Consultants, LLC, Dandekar also serves as the co-chair of QuEST Forum Global Business Excellence Workgroup and a member director of the American National Accreditation Board (ANAB).
