Liya Shuster-Bier

Liya Shuster-Bier is the founder and CEO of Alula, a project that aims to make the cancer journey less lonely by offering radically honest resources. Her motivation comes from a personal experience when she was diagnosed with a rare form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma shortly after graduating from Wharton in 2018. With a mission to support individuals, families, and friends dealing with cancer at every stage, from diagnosis to potential bereavement, Liya's work at Alula embodies her commitment to improving the cancer experience for everyone involved.
