He has held several positions, including Product Tribe Lead and Head of Mobile at Mox Bank, Head of Digital Servicing at Standard Chartered Bank, and Senior Manager at Odeabank. Over the years, his skills in channel/product/project/business management, marketing & sales activities, customer experience management, behavioral analysis, User Interface (UI) & User Experience (UX) professions have been sharpened.

Burak has also led teams to implement gamification knowledge in banks, improve customer experience, and create web, mobile, and SMS-based banking tools. He has an excellent track record in digital and mobile banking innovations and customer experience management.
